We had a wonderful stay in this hotel near the harbor. The location is excellent, right on the river in the heart of the village, with a beautiful view over the water. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and personable, ensuring we enjoyed our stay. We loved the open concept of the hotel's restaurant, al aire libre, where we could see all the comings and goings of people on the river. The food was great, and the waiters were very attentive. We also appreciated that we could park our car all day while we were on the tour, and the hotel offered to pack us a breakfast since we were leaving early in the morning.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and enjoyed the holiday spirit in the village. the guides were knowledgeable and the tours were worth it. the staff was welcoming and helpful. the food was fresh and their signature dish was delicious. Enjoyed the riverfront location and safe parking for the car. Can recommend for nature lovers and adventurous travellers.

There are mosquitos in the area, recommend bringing repellent. the rooms could use some renovation and are not exactly as advertised online.

Great location in a charming little town and right by the water, which provided the perfect background for our relaxing weekend.

It was not very clear what different activities were available in the area, leading to a bit of confusion on our part. the price of the activities on offer was a bit on the higher side, which could be a downside for those on a tighter budget.

The hotel has a fantastic location right on the river, which provides a great view while dining in the restaurant. the tour guides for the Manglar and National Park tours are excellent, and the hotel provides a good breakfast in the morning. the hotel offers secure parking for rental cars, which is a great advantage for those who rented a car.

The hotel facilities are outdated, and the bed linens and A/C units feel grimy and old, which can make for an uncomfortable stay.

This venue fulfilled all of my luxurious needs, with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. the private facilities in the room added to the feeling of exclusivity and comfort. the breakfast was a standout, and the location was advantageous, offering easy access to the river and national park.

There was one minor issue that detracted from my overall enjoyment. the atmosphere of the restaurant could have been more modern and inviting.
